Feeling panicky?…….

Feeling rushed?……

Life too much like a rollercoaster?……..

Take a minute to tune into you. Being mindful of how our body feels and noticing it is the start of helping our body to relax. This goes a long way to help a body that is in panic mode because it is always in switch on and never switched off. Sitting with your eyes closed and paying attention to all the feelings in your body will help get into a switch off mode. This is the start of mindfulness.
